Reynolds tightens limits on activity in northeast Iowa in reaction to COVID-19 spike
Des Moines Register: Gov. Kim Reynolds today ordered people in northeastern Iowa to limit their activity, including keeping visiting to only immediate family members, in reaction to a spike in COVID-19 activity there. Almost all gatherings outside of immediate household members are banned in the area until April 30, Reynolds said.

Dubai airline passengers undergo Covid-19 blood tests before boarding
CNN: Perhaps a sign of what the future holds for air travelers, Dubai-based airline Emirates has begun carrying out COVID-19 blood tests on passengers at the airport before flights. According to a statement released by the airline, the first rapid COVID-19 blood tests took place on Wednesday at Dubai International Airport, with passengers on a flight to Tunisia all reportedly tested before departure. The tests were conducted by the Dubai Health Authority at the check-in area and results were available within 10 minutes.
