Des Moines Register: Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds’ office has curtailed coronavirus testing at the Test Iowa site in Dubuque, where infections have been spiking lately. City officials notified residents Monday that the site would only be offering 100 tests per day, due to an order from the governor’s office. The city said that meant the site would only be open from 6 to 7 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday. The Dubuque Telegraph-Herald said the site had been testing up to 550 people per day.
