Des Moines Register: As Ames climbed to the top of the New York Times list Monday of biggest “hot spot” metros for coronavirus positivity rates, the chairman of the Story County Board of Health said Iowa State officials are “irresponsible” for deciding 25,000 fans could attend its home opener at Jack Trice Stadium. “We are No. 1 in our positivity case[load] in the country,” said Dr. John Paschen, chairman of the Story County Board of Health, “and they’re still talking about bringing all these people in. It’s irresponsible, but they do what they’re going to do.”
